The Lowcountry Senior Center is the perfect spot for any gathering. An open floor plan and numerous windows create a light and airy space. The full Assembly Room holds 150 people for a sit-down dinner or 175 for a reception style event. Located next to the James Island County Park, the Lowcountry Senior Center provides a scenic backdrop for your special event. Room rental fees range from $300 - $1000 depending on the size and needs of your event. Please note that only licensed and bonded caterers may utilize the facility.
Rentals include:
Parking lot with up to 77 paved spaces (additional parking available in grass field)
Covered patio off of Assembly Room
Entrance with easy access for catering and entertainment
Use of kitchen and ice machine (extra fees may apply)
Use of tables and chairs
