Enhance Fitness Level II

Location: Lowcountry Senior Center

This is a very low intensity, non-impact class which includes 30 minutes of very basic aerobic movements with balance and coordination movements incorporated and 20 minutes of toning exercises using ankle and wrist weights. The class ends with abdominal exercises and stretching.  Good for people with low endurance and balance limitations.

Cost: Classes are free for members and adults age 60+. Donations are appreciated. A $2 fee applies for nonmembers under 60 per class.
